The best time to water is between 4-8AM and 3- 6PM. Avoid having your grass blades wet going into the late evening hours, as this will only encourage fungus and disease problems. Lawn should be watered regularly every 3-5 days with at least 1-1 ? inches of water. More or less watering should be kept in mind due to Mother Nature.
Lawn should be cut weekly as long as normal growth is present. Drought, too much rain are a couple factors that may alter your cutting schedule. Set cutting height to at least 3 inches and keep blade sharp. A dull blade tears and injures the grass.
Brown spots can be a wide array of problems. Some include insect, disease, or drought damage. A thorough inspection by us will help diagnose the problem and correct it to the best of our ability.
Depending upon the seed most varieties should be kept moist daily for 21 days. (Roughly 10 -15 minutes or so in each area). DON”T SOAK SEEDLINGS!
As long as applications are being made according to label requirements and instructions are followed after the application, pesticides will not pose a threat to your family and pets.
Trees and shrubs normally should be fed twice a year. Once in the spring and again in the fall.
